We all develop in unique ways and have resources, strengths and blind spots. Therapy is a way to shed some light on our inner roadblocks and get the help we need to work them through. It is my belief that we are meant to develop our gifts and capacities in relationship with other people rather than in isolation. Therapy can provide a safe and confidential environment in which to explore difficult emotional challenges, work stress and relationship issues. The therapeutic relationship is one that is designed to facilitate an awakening of awareness and ultimately help us to face our challenges in a new and creative way.
