Payment Information

I am in network, a preferred provider, with Premera Blue Cross of Washington and Kaiser Permanente PPO insurance plans.  I bill these insurance providers directly for my services.

For plans I am not in network with, it may be possible for you to get reimbursement from out of network coverage - check with your insurance provider to see if this applies to your plan.

My standard fee is $118 per 55 minute session. I accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards.
